Unlike the smoked salmon you will see elsewhere, we naturally smoke our salmon as a whole side. (Approximately 1.3kgs) This means the Salmon can be cut into chunks if you prefer to add to scrambled eggs, rice or fish pie!
Of course you can still slice it thinly if you’d like. Our Salmon is naturally smoked over oak chippings with no dye’s or artificial flavours.
We simply pack it in salt for 2 hours , rinse, dry and rack before smoking gently overnight.
The result is a lovely oaky smoked salmon that very versatile. You can either order a whole side or we will cut a 250g portion for you and smoke it especially !!
