Gilthead Sea Bream , known as the Queen of the Mediterranean. The Gilthead Sea Bream is a farmed,  warm water round fish and  bears a gold band across its forehead.  This fish is a medium oily fish with small soft flakes giving a mild sweet flavour. This fish is 6-800g Whole or opt for the  Gilthead Sea Bream to be filleted and you will receive 2 fillets.
