Our next fish box club will be on 11th April 2018. You can order yours at anytime before 6am on 11th. Then I will go to Newlyn fish market that morning and buy the best quality sustainable fish from inshore day boats where possible. Then I will fillet and prepare the fish and divide it up between all of the boxes. We then package your fish up in insulated boxes with ice packs which are then triple wrapped to guarantee the freshness.
I will then either deliver your fish personally (West Cornwall) or we will have it couriered to you over night to arrive by noon the next morning.
From the fisherman landing their fish on the market – to your home in 24hours !! It doesn’t get any fresher that that !!
