Haddock is the classic fish for smoking.
We buy this beautiful white fish and simply brine it , rack it, then let it slowly smoke, naturally, over oak chippings over night. The result is a beautify yellow oak smoked fish which is great on its own with a poached egg or flaked into scrambled eggs or rice.
We use no colours, artificial preservatives or flavours. Just pure natural oak smoked haddock!
