A tangy seafood sauce brought to life by a splash of Bourbon and seasoned with Cajun spices. Our seafood sauce goes perfectly with all seafood, ranging from the Creole blackened crawfish to fish fingers. 

INGREDIENTS: Rapeseed Oil, Water, Tomato Puree, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Free Range Egg Yolk, Bourbon (2.7%), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt), Salt, Cajun Spices (0.5%) (Salt, Paprika, Fennel, Basil, Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Chilli, Cumin, Mustard Seeds), Emulsifier: Xanthan Gum.

Suitable for vegetarians. Allergens: Egg, Mustard.
